Confirm and Pay for Your Entry

Once an entry is complete it can be confirmed (submitted). During this process an invoice is created in Acclaim, either for immediate payment through a payment gateway or for payment later by another type of fund transfer.

Once the entry is confirmed it is locked and can only be edited by being unlocked by an Admin.

An can be withdrawn (deleted) by the entrant or an Admin.

There are three ways to confirm an entry, depending the shortest route from where you are:

Confirm Your Entry from Your Home Page

Once you have logged in to Acclaim you will be routed to the screen where you can easily find your pending tasks for completion. For an entrant this will typically be the screen where there are things to do for your entries. To get back to this screen click ENTRY, the start icon in the navigation bar.

  1. Click Confirm Entries under THINGS TO DO to go to Checkout
  2. Make a selection from the competed entries presented and click CHECKOUT to continue through to payment

Confirm Your Entry from a Completed Entry

  1. Click CONFIRM ENTRIES to the top right
  2. Make a selection from the competed entries presented and click CHECKOUT to continue through to payment

Confirm Your Entry from your Account Page

  1. Click the Head & Shoulders icon to go to your Account Page
  2. Click a company under BILLING HISTORY to see any completed entries for that entering company 
  3. Make a selection from the competed entries presented and click CHECKOUT to continue through to payment

CHECKOUT

  1. Once you have selected the completed entries to check out now, click CHECKOUT
  2. Add the Invoice Address (the address for the company entering)
  3. Click SAVE
  4. Add an "Attention" Note or Reference value if you wish
  5. If there is a payment gateway available, you will be able to pick PAY to pay for your entry. You will shortly receive an email with confirmation of the payment
  6. You may also be presented with the Invoice Only option. This will enable you to create an invoice which you can pay later by selecting it in your Account page 
  7. In Your Account page you will see any invoices displayed
  8. Check the Open or Statement tabs to view your invoices and account activity
  9. Click the pdf icon to download your receipt
