Because your Email Address has Changed
The quickest way to resolve this is to register again. Go to the the login in page for the awards program or event you want to participate in and click Register.
When you have registered contact any other awards program or event you have an Acclaim ID with and ask them to transfer your history (this includes entries, scoring, messages, billing documentation) to your new Acclaim ID.
Because you started Registration with the wrong Email Address
If you registered with an incorrect email address or that you can't access start registration with the email address you want to use. We recommend you use a work or professional email address.
Any email addresses associated with registrations that are not completed are automatically deleted from our systems within a few days.
