Sometimes in can take several minutes for the email that you need to complete registration to arrive in your inbox. This can happen for several reasons, including how busy the various email services are that are handling the email on its way to you.
Is the email in your junk mail folder?
If you have looked in your junk email folders and the account registration email still isn't there then the most likely cause is that the email address you entered when you started your registration has a typo in it.
All you need to do is register again with the email address you want to use.
We'll automatically delete any email addresses that have been entered during registration that have had emails sent that haven't been responded to.
Check with IT
Your IT department may apply security settings to your incoming emails, and so may need to exclude the email address the Awards Event these emails are being sent from, to make sure that you receive them.
