Login Help - Password Set/Reset


If you have not set or forgotten your password, you can use Login Help in the login screen to get Acclaim to email you a use-once link to gain access to Acclaim so that you can then reset your password.

Users and Admins can both access this link by clicking LOGIN HELP in the Login screen and entering the email address.

When the recipient clicks on the link in the email they will be logged straight in to Acclaim. Once logged in, the user should go to My Account (the head & shoulders icon) and click Change Password to set the password. 

The emailed link will expire after one use.


A password is not sent or visible during this process, except when the user resets it themselves.
